- 3-4 potatoes, chopped
- 1 pound ground beef, browned and drained
- 1 pint frozen peas
- 1 pint canned tomatoes, pureed in blender
- Salt and pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients in order listed in a buttered (or greased with coconut oil or shortening) slow cooker. Cook on low setting until potatoes are tender, about 5 hours. Check after 4 hours.
